CERT Department and Security Present:  HIPAA / OSHA & Armed Intruder / Active Shooter Lectures

CERT Tulsa Ambulatory HIPAA / OSHA Training is required of all new Ascension Medical Group St. John clinic associates who work in front and back office positions.  Topics include but are not limited to HIPAA Guidelines, Workplace Safety, Infection Prevention, Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Communication, Emergency Preparedness and Event Reporting

The Armed Intruder / Active Shooter Lecture involves review of history, planning and learning how to react and respond to armed intruder and active shooter situations.

Intended audience:  New Ascension Medical Group St. John healthcare associates.

Contact the CERT Department at 918-403-7136 for all cancellations and/or rescheduling needs.  Classroom space is limited so please let us know ahead of time if an associate is unable to attend a class so that space can be opened up to another associate.  Associates must be screened and be in good health to take any face to face course.  Any associate found in questionable health may be asked to reschedule into later class.  

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
