Self Study with Personal One-On-One  Phone Consultation with Instructor
These classes can be taken at any time 

From the comfort of your own home, these Self Study classes will contain all information mailed to your address; containing an app with videos shown in class as well as the class book and handouts.  Each class will have the ability to schedule a personal one-on-one phone consultation with the instructor to answer your questions and go over the material provided to meet your needs.

This class is offered for parents who are having their first child or for parents who have not had a child in a long time. 

In this self-paced class, you will review labor warning signs, when to go to the hospital and what to pack in your bag, what to expect when you are admitted, stages of labor, medications, epidurals and pain management options. Also discussed,  cesarean birth, breathing, relaxation, and non-medicated labor positions.  Included is an overview of the Mother-Baby Maternity guidelines.

Please Register under the Mother's name. The price for the class is per couple. 

If your class required payment, a refund will be given if a cancellation request is received 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the start of the class/program. A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
