Each class will have the ability to schedule a personal one-on-one phone consultation with the instructor to answer your questions and go over the material provided to meet your needs.

In this self-paced class, you will review labor warning signs, when to go to the hospital and what to pack in your bag, what to expect when you are admitted, stages of labor, medications, epidurals and pain management options. Also discussed, breathing, relaxation, and non-medicated labor positions. Included is an overview of the Mother-Baby Maternity guidelines.
